On 3rd December, on the occasion of World Disability Day, 20 to 25 differently-abled children from Smit Foundation, with the support of the Reason Traffic Foundation, conducted a remarkable road safety and traffic rules awareness activity at B. D. Kher (Santosh Hall) Chowk, Sinhagad Road, from 11 AM to 12 PM.
The children carried placards displaying important traffic rules and appealed to citizens to follow road safety guidelines. Their sincere efforts received overwhelming appreciation and an enthusiastic response from the public.
The initiative gained further strength with the participation of the Rotary Club Pune Sanskriti. Valuable support was also extended by the officers of the Sinhagad Police Traffic Department, contributing to the success of the awareness drive.
The program highlighted the importance of inclusive participation in promoting traffic discipline and fostering a safer commuting environment for all.
